From the developer: "New for 2003 the ZeroPace Training Log allows you to plan, log, chart and report on your various workouts and events including distance, time, average, maximum, heart rate, calories and comments amongst others. Create a single workout session and repeat it every day or week over a specified period and even automatically increase or decrease the duration and distance to be covered. The information can be displayed in a grid or in graph form and also allows the information to be exported to a web page, text file or image file. Information can also be filtered by date, group, event, sport, person and distance so, for example, you can view all your 400m swim times for last month on the graph. Help and e-mail support are provided via the application aswell as via the ZeroPace web site."
