Xintegrity makes it virtually impossible for anybody or anything to modify your files without being detected. When Xintegrity detects a modified file, it shows exactly how and when the file was modified. All your files, including operating system files, can be protected. Xintegrity can create protected backup files, allowing you the option of restoring the file when modification is detected.

Improvements in version 1.1.2: creating large databases / adding large numbers of files to a database is now much faster; Xintegrity now automatically checks whether the access permissions on the Xintegrity folder have been changed; an option is provided to easily strengthen the access permissions; Xintegrity now incorporates procedures to counteract common password stealing techniques; the help system has been improved to provide relevant information at every stage.
