The program provides complete navigation history. Shows what the current user has typed and clicked on. The audit trail shows a simple view of what and where the user has been. Mouse clicks are shown as labels appearing underneath the cursor. Also users can re-play these events if an application has crashed (using a companion product called TaskPlayer), or needs to know the cause of application failure. This application's industry focus is on help desk, Quality Assurance, and users demanding reliability.

Help desks will benefit by knowing exactly what the end user was doing (by looking at their navigation history) when a problem occurred. Quality Assurance people will be able to tell the developer exactly how the bug or error was created by showing him/her the audit trail leading up to the problem. And, a user demanding reliability will have the exact sequence of keys and clicks if their application crashes when creating a spreadsheet, document, or just data entry.
