Wave Splitter from Claudiosoft is a freeware utility that allows you to extract a sample from a .wav file without loading it into memory. No matter how big your source wave file is, if you want to sample a part of it, you can do it without wasting RAM. Now you can use a graphical .wav display to select your sample.
