This helps you create CGI scripts in Perl offline in Windows. The program has two panels, one to edit the script and another that previews the CGI in an internal Web browser. You can also test the script for errors or run them normally. It supports templates, GET method query editor, and so on. It has integrated error testing, unlimited size scripts, FTP, an HTML editor, and more. This version fixes minor compatibility problems with Windows 2000 and adds some features.
