This is a 32-bit cross-platform development tool for OS/2 and Windows, with Linux and DPMI32 support being developed. The IDE is text mode and very similar to Borland Pascal + Turbo Debugger. It includes a full-featured IDE, a built-in and command-line compiler, an integrated cross-platform debugger, full source code for the runtime library, and documentation as both online help (for use in the IDE) and as Adobe PDF files.

This build of Virtual Pascal fixes several problems reported in the previous build and adds the ability to integrate other programs with the IDE.
