For offices with one to 1,000 employees, Up Close and Personal (UCAP) is a CRM and office-management system that manages all your company's customer interactions. UCAP stores all information necessary for interacting live with your customers and tracks employee and sales performances. Track any number of personal and company attributes, notes, purchases, and interactions with reporting systems for automating letters, faxing, and e-mailing correspondence. The eMail Blasting module is included, and the program works with MS Outlook and Word. Other modules are available for sales, quoting, campaign, training, tech-support, data-mining, reporting, product, and recurrency services. UCAP delivers all customer data immediately to permit live interaction with the customer. Data is presented from company or personal perspectives with built-in work-flow structures to simplify live updates. Import, export, and Web interfaces are provided, as are a data warehouse and a client/server database.
