ThumbQ includes tools for creating thumbnails, converting images, and creating Web photo albums. It runs from the command line or from Windows and converts images among formats including BMP, GIF, JPG, PNG, TIFF, and ICO. Thumbnail options include automatic width and height, a bounded box, JPEG quality, and border specification (thickness and 24-bit color). The Web-gallery wizard options include HTML template support, special style-sheet support, gallery-row and column-count specifications, multipage galleries (with page-number hyperlinks), and large image pages with hyperlinks to adjacent pages.
