Thinc-Time is a shared multi-user calendar free to use and register. You can download a fully functional version to try and use with no missing or disabled features the free version however is limited to 3 shared users only. Thinc-Time is network-ready and can support up to 200 shared network users, and will operate on any Windows-based network with no dedicated server needed, all that is required it to share a common data path. At a fraction of the cost Thinc-Time is a non-browser-based alternative to Outlook/Exchange or a Web-based environment that enables personal diaries to be shared amongst other office staff.

Users can edit, view, or have no access to each other's diaries, according to designated permissions; with daily, weekly and monthly views you can track the status of resources (e.g. interview or meeting rooms), or just to keep track of your day-to-day appointments. The quick view window enables you to see at a glance, your current appointments and to-do?s at anytime.
