From the developer: "Tail97 is a small Windows program that has the functionality of the UNIX tail command. This port was done to be used as a log file monitor for the Windows 9x/Me and Windows NT/2K operating systems. Tail97 does not use the standard Unix tail command line parameters. New ones were developed to provide more flexibility for the GUI environment.

"A nag screen shows up at the start of the program randomly. The 'head' functionality is disabled. A header and footer are added to the print outs that say it was printed with the shareware version. Registration is $25."
