Spy-CD is a full text search engine for HTML, PDF, DOC, XLS, PPT, and TXT CDs. It is platform-independent and runs in most browsers. The Spy-CD Java applet is a powerful search tool with word highlighting. Use the supplied Spy-CD-Wizard Windows tool to scan your web pages to build and edit the search database.

Version 5.0 supports field searches of meta-data, including RDF/XML files. File type indexing plug-ins can now be written for the Spyndex indexer.
