Here is yet another pair of split/join programs, this time taking advantage of PowerBASIC for 32 bit Windows systems, and its multi-megabyte memory space. These are rather fast, work with directory wild cards and long file names, and help the user along. The splitter, SplitFyl.Exe, will accept arbitrary split-file lengths set by user. The joiner, JoinFyl.Exe, takes the user's input with wildcards, does a directory search and sort, allows user to review ordered selections, then joins the pieces.
