MeetingPro Assistant is a Windows program for recording meetings, making it easy to research meeting information and to quickly transcribe accurate meeting minutes. MeetingPro Assistant creates digital recordings and has automation for entering meeting notes. These timestamped notes allow for direct access to any point in the recording. Handsfree transcription is supported with the Virtual Foot Pedal feature, as well as an optional USB Foot Pedal. MeetingPro uses industry-standard file formats along with patent-pending methods for enhancing productivity and leveraging the value of meetings in any organization. MeetingPro Assistant is also compatible with the MeetingPro Gov and MeetingPro Enterprise products, which provide for recording archive management and webcasting of meeting recordings.
