The 'Solutions Genie' is a unique, all-in-one corporate brainstorming and idea filtering software application. The Genie provides its users with built-in idea filtering and prioritization tools (which include Force Field Analysis, Decision grids, Criteria Matrix selection, Idea Ranking?). Users are also provided with advanced facilities to build an action plan for the implementation of selected ideas and monitor the progress of the implementation using Gantt charts from within the software. The Genie also provides for Brainstorming over networks (on installation of its proprietary plug-in). Version 3.2 has some new and improved features which include: Modified and improved virtual post-its for brainstorming; Added tutorials to ensure that users are able to get started in minutes; Numerous additional improved features for network brainstorming; Import brainstorming sessions from excel files directly into the Genie. Imported ideas are directly converted into virtual post-it's.
