Secret Santa Name Picker is a program that helps families and groups match up individuals for gift exchanges like 'Secret Santa' drawings without the hassle of 'drawing names from a hat'. Participants are added to a list that includes their name, e-mail address, gift suggestions or notes, along with individual or group exclusions to other participants that they are should not be assigned to. The program then calculates the drawing results and sends a personalized e-mail to each participant notifying them of who they are a Secret Santa for. All or selected drawing result e-mails can be resent later if needed. The program also has a feature that allows sending pre and post drawing e-mails to the group. This can be useful for explaining the drawing before actually sending the results. Drawing results are automatically saved so that they can be used in future drawings as exclusions if desired.
