An Internet browser program is integrated together with a suite of six structural engineering CAE applications. The featured programs perform: simple and complex beam analysis; beam cross-section design and analysis; 2D/3D structural finite element analysis; bolted joint design and analysis; welded joint design and analysis; concrete anchor bolt analysis and selection.

The programs include easy-to-use Windows? style menu commands, graphical pre- and post- processing interactive screens, parameterized feature definition, solution/report output, problem definition templates, and user-friendly help utilities. The SA1000 program was designed to automate the retrieval of software and other information needed during structural engineering design work and serves as a time saving computer user interface for installation and running the six CAE program.
