Think of it as your very own virtual Personal trainer. You can create and schedule virtually any type of training program in RippedPro. It also comes with a few preset training programs, and you can also trade training programs with other users. You are able to keep complete records of virtually every aspect of you training. This includes weight, measurements, supplement intake, carb intake, fat intake, proteing intake, water intake, and virtually anything else you can think of. The RippedPro program will also estimate your Bodyfat percentage (and keep track of it) according to the information that you put in the program. RippedPro will also recommend your daily intake for all of the macronutrients (Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat) according to your input and desires. The program will also break down your recommended intake for each meal (you select how many meals per day) in both calories and grams in all of the macronutrients. You are able to print out a comprehensive schedule including all workout details along with spaces for writing down all of your workout and nutritional info each day. You can print out a workout schedule for any length of time that you desire. You are also able to track each and everything you do within the RippedPro program.
