Resource Tuner is a visual resource editor that lets you quickly browse, view, extract, modify, translate, edit, or replace any selected executable file resources contained within 32-bit Windows executable files. It offers a thorough look at all of the resources (PNG, XML, Image Lists, Type Library, bitmaps, jpeg, icons, strings, etc) in the file, and allows you to make modifications without needing to recompile the source code. It also allows you to edit the properties of any controls on Delphi forms within the file. Resource Tuner ships with the UPX Unpacker, a start-up processing plug-in for unpacking files compressed with UPX. Using XP Visual Style Manifest Wizard, you can now incorporate Windows XP Visual Style into your application, allowing your legacy application to take advantage of the slick new look for common controls featured in Windows XP.
