Resource Monitor is a suite of administration tools for monitoring the activity of users to promote efficiency. Major features include Internet usage tracking, content filtering and URL blocking, software blocking for games and browsers, software and hardware inventory, software metering and tracking, logon tracking? A stealth-monitoring agent is installed on multiple workstations. These workstations then report monitored information to a secured network database. No network changes or additional hardware are required. An easy to use administrative client is installed on a workstation that allows an administrator to view live and historical information. The administrator can also maintain the database (available in Access or MS SQL Server) and turn monitoring features on or off by workstation.

Version 6.5 now includes the ability to associate systems to departments to review data and maintain features by department. Version 6.5 also allows you to capture continuous screen shots.
