Report Manager is a report management tool for Crystal Report files developed using Crystal Decisions Crystal Reports product. It features report viewing; cull viewing, printing, exporting, and drill-down capabilities are supported. Report Manager allows you to create drop-down menus simply by placing reports in folders, making reports easy for users to find. This effectively allows easy distribution of ad-hoc reports to users on your network. Report Manager restricts users to only those reports to which they have been granted access. All other reports are hidden. You can securely store and hide database logon information for reports from your users. This means you may not need to set up elaborate access control on your database servers or files if users are accessing data via reports. Report Manager integrates with Active Directory, Windows Domain, and Windows Local User security. Users won't have to remember an additional password to access their reports.
