Quotes is a free, fun utility that lets you manage your signature files and categorize and use quotations in your e-mail. Left-click the system tray icon and see a random quotation drawn from a text-file category. Right-click and copy the quotation or your signature block with a quotation to the clipboard or a document. Sample quotation files are included on technology, wisdom, and business. You can supplement these with more categories and add or delete within the sample file. Quotes can be configured in English, Spanish, German, French, or Dutch. Brighten the day with a fun, historic, philosophical, or encouraging quotation.

New features in Quotes 2002 include an automatic connection to Outlook or Outlook Express signatures; a shortcut, Windows key+Q, for inserting your signature in every application; a Webmail plug-in (Internet Explorer); and a Windows XP look and feel.
