OnTime Windows Edition is a .Net and SQL-Server based defect tracking (bug tracking) and feature management tool designed to streamline the software development process. OnTime features include ability to track projects and subprojects (parent/child), project and role-based security, custom user defined fields, audit trails (history of changes), workflow management, fast search and filter, reporting, e-mail notifications, powerful filters, and much more. A freely available SDK allows you to build defect-tracking capabilities into your own applications. There is also a Web version available, allowing users to choose either the Windows client or Web client, or both.
