Ogg Vorbis is a completely open, patent-free, professional audio encoding and streaming technology with all the benefits of Open Source. This encoder will create Ogg Vorbis files (.ogg) out of wave format audio (.wav) or MP3 (.mp3) audio files. The encoder is a command line tool and isn't yet fully featured.
