No-RSI prevents you from developing RSI or helps you to recover from it. No-RSI monitors keyboard and mouse activity and suggests you to take a break regularly. No-RSI warns you visually from the system tray and/or with a configurable sound alert when it is time to take your break. It does not lock your computer, but it only stops warning you after you really took your break.
