NetAnts is a download manager designed to maximize downloading by making multiple FTP or HTTP connections, each of which will download a separate part of a single large file. Features include the ability to resume downloads, support for multiple-connection downloads, a Clipboard monitor, drag-and-drop capabilities for links, browser integration, batch downloading, automatic dial-up, download scheduling, job prioritization, and proxy support. Other features include HTTP/FTP multi-thread downloading with resuming capabilities, flexible batch-job methods to download multiple files, HTTP/FTP/SOCKS proxy management, and multi-language support.
This version includes a number of new features such as the ability to automatically execute downloaded files. It has a new design of the "Select Links" dialog, browser integration with NetCaptor, and fixes minor bugs.
