Mimer SQL Engine is the full featured version of Mimer SQL, offering a SQL standard compliant, Relational DataBase Management System (RDBMS). Version 9.2 includes a comprehensible internationalization support, which fully supports Unicode 4.0. Character data may be sorted according to one of the predefined collation orderings. If the database programmer is using an unusual language, he/she may download and install more collations, or he/she may define his/her own collation ordering. More features includes (among other things) Large OBjects (LOBs), stored procedures, triggers and distributed transactions (XA and DTC).
