ML Hex Editor is used for direct modification of binary files under Windows 95, 98, NT4, 2000, and XP. It has a wealth of functions for modifying selections including cut, copy, paste of a block of bytes, comprehensive bit and byte shifting, and rotation functions. It will compute a range of common cyclic redundancy checks and display four and eight byte floating point values. Any fixed pitch font can be selected and there are usual searching and printing functions.
