Once any amortization schedule is prepared, it can be saved in a file for future reference, for comparison purposes, or in an archive. You can insert any type of balloon payment anywhere in the amortization schedule or prepare mortgage amortization schedules with prepaid interest amounts and finance charges. The mortgage can also be amortized in decades but paid in months. You can also prepare an amortization schedule, view it, and print it quickly. The program features the ability to track any payments for a certain loan, include the actual sums paid in the loan amortization schedule, and then automatically reset the schedule.
