LineStats is a tool for software developers and project managers enabling them to get an accurate line count of source code or ASCII text files. The tool counts lines in all files in the user-selected directory and in all of its subdirectories. In addition to counting lines LineStats also shows how many blank lines each file contains. Using graphical user interface it is easy to configure the tool to look for new file extensions. LineStats can save results in a formatted text file, in a comma delimited CSV file or in an XML file.
