You can then create lists, i.e. Christmas card mailing lists, and produce a complete set of mailing labels with the click of the mouse. HMS supports several popular dot-matrix and ink-jet/laser label formats. Print labels in any font or size, normal or in color. Once a name is entered, it will always be available for future printing. Selecting labels to print is quick and easy. You can click on any label to add it to the print list or you can select from pre-set lists that contain multiple names you have set up. Printing multiple copies of the same label is also just a mouse click away. Label Maker also provides several types of specialty labels such as numbered labels, monthly labels, and alpha labels."
