JNRRB is a powerful automation tool for Crystal Reports that automates the process of generating and distributing reports on a regular basis. JNRRB supports ALL version of Crystal Reports. Reports can be printed, posted on a server, or e-mailed in formats supported by Crystal Reports 9. JNRRB saves time and money by making it easy to schedule single jobs or multiple job 'batches' of Crystal Reports. You can send the reports to print, fax, disk, or e-mail. Simply set up a schedule stating how often you would like each report to run, how you would like to output the file (normally PDF), and who it should be e-mailed to (or like we said, you can print or save the reports to a directory for easy Web publishing). To schedule your batches, we use Windows built-in Task Scheduler (if you've never used it, it's SIMPLE, and we provide a step-by-step tutorial). New for version 9 is better job descriptions, optional date-time stamp on reports, and support for Crystal Reports 9.0.
