ICU Messenger allows audio/video chat from any Internet connection PC in the world in real time. It also features instant messaging, video mail, private chat rooms, and thumbnails of each person with a Webcam. There is no limit to the amount of people allowed in a chat room and ICU Messenger is free to register and use. Chat rooms can be added by users by sending a request to tech support which then adds the chat room for them.
