The gradebook database quantifies the assessment of Course Learning Outcomes in four categories: Knowledge, Logic (Thinking/Solving), Communication, and Application of Concepts. In the full single-user version, the user can save 100 assignments for 36 students per class. Multi-user versions available on request. The gradebook also prints a variety of reports relating to student assignments, reports cards, student transcripts, attendance (absences and lates), seating plan (with student photos), activity points for extra-curricular events (clubs, sports). Passwords are related to Groups (Teacher, SetUp, and OfficeUser) to control access to certain layouts and fields. In addition, a password and user name is created for each new user so they can only see their classes when they login to the gradebook. An instruction guide (pdf) is included to help the user get started and the ability to fully activate the product with an activation code if they pay the author the shareware fee.
