Glg Toolkit is a RAD (Rapid Application Development) tool for developing dynamic data-driven graphics for C/C++ and Java applications. You can use the program to create graphics ranging from simple animations to the complex graphics found in high-end applications, such as those used for process control, satellite telemetry, mission control, and other areas. Features include a Graphics Builder for creating 2D and 3D dynamic displays that allow users to selectively configure and select how streaming data is displayed. Glg Toolkit also includes a C/C++ for 100% Pure Java class library (with a JavaBeans interface) for embedding graphics into your applications. Prebuilt sets of 2D and 3D graphs, dials, meters, and other widgets are also provided.
Version 2.5 offers cool new rendering features for both C/C++ and Java, including linear, spherical and conical gradient shading, cast shadows, transparency and arrow heads, arbitrary angle fill dynamics, text box, and other new rendering attributes detailed here.
