Evaluation Tracker is designed to manage paperless evaluations or surveys using Pocket PC handheld devices. There are two programs for the system to operate and both are included within the download. The first program, known as Evaluation Tracker, is the client software that creates the templates used by the handheld device, maintains the evaluations downloaded from the unit, and allows the user to create various reports. The second program is Pocket Evaluation Tracker (PET), which is installed on the Pocket PC device and is used to create the evaluations using the templates uploaded to it from the client program. Each template can include multiple entry fields per evaluation; dozens of question with varying answers and picklist items to further define the answer. Each evaluation can be defined to your specifications.
