EasyOffice is an office suite compatible with Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe PDF files. It functions as a complete standalone office suite, but will coexist well with Microsoft Office. Programs include EasyWord (a word processor for DOC, RTF, HTML, and PDF files); Easyspreadsheet (for XLS files); Easypresentation (a PowerPoint-like presentation tool); EasyDictionary (a full-reference dictionary); Easybookkeeper (for accounting); EasyPad (a Notepad replacement); Easy Contact Manager (for hot lists, mass e-mails, and form letters); EasySpeaker (which reads out loud documents and e-mails); EasyZip (a full-fledged zip and unzip program); Easyhelper; EasyImage (an image viewer); EasyDatabase (an easy-to-learn yet powerful database); Easycalculator (which emulates a desktop printing calculator, including thousands of features); EasyCalendar; and EasyBackup. Included are multilingual dictionaries and installations.
New in version 6.9 is the fifth build of EasyMail and answers to hundreds of user requests.
