From the developer: "Store your Internet login details using this program so you don't ever forget them. If you wish you can encrypt your password file (using a password). Copernicus was designed out of my own personal need for a centralised, convenient and safe way of storing usernames and passwords. If you are worried about recording your password (not always a good idea, even with encryption), you can simply substitute a phrase for your password eg '(main-pass)' or '(main-pass)123' or similar."
