Batch Image Commander is a batch-image processor made for command-line operation and as a system-tray-icon application for timer-based operation. The program allows you to create thumbnails, add text captions, rotate images, resize images, add prefixes and suffixes, and save files as JPEGs, TIFFs, PNGs, BMPs, and GIFs, as well as to convert images to grayscale and negative images and to change JPEG quality, smoothing ratio, and dots per inch.
