The ActiveXMS Mobile Messaging SDK (EMS Edition) is a lightweight ATL COM DLL for wireless developers building content for EMS enabled mobile phones. The SDK provides a rich set of functions to encode and decode the PDU (Protocol Description Unit) strings for Animations, Pictures, Melodies, Sounds and Formatted Text. ODI and UPI support is included. Interact with GSM/CDMA Modems, SMPP connections, and cell phone-cable connections. This relieves the developer from dealing with the complexities of the PDU protocol.
