ActiveSolid is an innovative 3D solid modeling ActiveX control as well as an end-user application for Windows and Internet. It features an intuitive and customizable GUI, COM-category based import and export plug-in architecture, robust Boolean operations on 3D meshes, and an array of powerful 3D object creation tools such as 3D text meshes from true type fonts and optimal surface construction from planar, non-parallel contours.

In addition to the built-in 2D and 3D importers and exporters, ActiveSolid 1.0 also comes with free Q3BSP import and XGL export plug-ins as a separate download from ActiveSolid's download page.
