This program is offline content manager and custom-template-based html-editor. It allows to separate the site content and the site design, to have a different languages versions of website, to change site design by one click, to define custom user templates and to build the site from this templates, to have the site skins. One correction in template will change all occurences of the code which was built by this template. If you often search html-sequences in your site code and replace it to another sequences, if you often change the site design or the site content, if you want to have different languages versions of your site, then you must take note of this program.

This version features minor improvements and bug fixes.
