ART is a program that lets you read any text file (including emails) at as much as 5 times your normal reading speed, without any training. It lets you read faster by displaying text one word at a time, much larger and at a much faster rate than you would normally read. You can keep up because: (1) You don't keep losing your place when you move from line to line; (2) Fewer words displayed means fewer distractions, and (3) You can't "back up" - which is one of the main causes of slow reading.
